The Demand Team
Our Demand team exists at the forefront of our business. They generate new and foster existing client relationships for TAB. They make sure we communicate our brand, purpose, and vision both internally and externally to various partners. You’ll join an extremely driven and determined Business Development, Marketing and Client Services team, with big ambitions for the future growth of TAB.

This isn’t a role for a lone-ranger - you’ll need to be a true team player, you’ll need the tenacity and dedication to deliver, efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail, coordinating with people at every level across TAB. It goes without saying that to be successful in this role, you will need to possess a natural ﬂair for presenting and writing persuasive yet concise copy on demand.
As an Business Development Manager, you are…
- Able to demonstrate a track record of generating significant revenue
- Passionate about winning and closing new business
- Naturally curious with a highly consultative style
- Able to communicate TAB’s proposition in a compelling manner, with clarity, precision and persuasion - both in person and on paper
- Comfortable networking and following up with prospects
- A commercially astute and analytical thinker, with the ability to identify and shape opportunities
- A pragmatic perfectionist, able to balance complex and demanding priorities, and deadlines within a fast-paced company
- Naturally charismatic, with lots of energy and the ability to build relationships with people across TAB
Our Application and Interview Process
Our interview process consists of three rounds, starting with an initial telephone interview. If successful, we will invite you to meet with us face-to-face, where you will demonstrate your thinking ability as well as your skills and experiences.
