Before joining TAB, Jean Francois spent five years working as an advertising and brand strategist for Apple at TBWA/Media Arts Lab and for MINI, Santander and Sky at WCRS/Engine. He graduated with a MBA from Edhec Business School in France and has recently completed the IPA Excellence Diploma.

As a strategist at TAB, Jean Francois' role is particularly focused on facilitating our product teams through the creative and strategic process that ultimately leads to a clearly defined product vision. Another aspect of this is continuously improving the process itself, and Jean Francois takes a leading role in iterating our strategic methods, tools and best practice, sharing them with everyone at TAB.

Creating products and services that people want takes more than just building software. It takes a deep understanding of unmet customer needs.
