Associate Strategist (1)

Kickstart your career in product strategy

About TAB

TAB's purpose is simple: to create products that make the world work better. We’re doing pretty well: from our studio in Kings Cross, we work with organisations such as Tesco, Visa, Kingfisher, RBS, TfL, Shell, Ford and Unilever, impacting tens of millions of people. But we’ve got bigger plans for the future - and we need your help to realise them.

The Associate Strategist role in a nutshell

Strategists help other TABbers and our clients to be smarter about how businesses solve problems for people with technology. They know enough to be dangerous about all the technologies that matter, how to elevate a commercial conversation and how best to uncover valuable customer insight. Then, our Strategists tie all three together into a compelling product strategy.

As an Associate Strategist, you’ll be fully involved with building products from day 1. You’ll get to own a project as the strategic driver, whilst working in a cross-functional team with a range of disciplines such as engineers and designers. As a people-first technology company, you’ll benefit from TAB’s holistic approach to learning and development, boosting your career development.

What you can expect:

Working closely with clients as part of a cross-functional team of experts: counselling and consulting clients on the role of technology, driving product discovery work and helping product teams think smarter.

Improving and selling TAB’s capabilities: collaborating with the brightest engineers to deeply understand the latest technologies and their potential applications, and working with our business development experts to deeply understand client needs, evolve our offering and pitch and win work for TAB.

Developing and honing your craft: both learning on the job and learning through formal training to rapidly accelerate your career. Spend TAB’s generous learning budget on learning and development of your choosing, taking your career where you want it to go.

The type of person we would love to meet:

TAB believes in creating a culture where diversity, regardless of its form, is just a part of who we are. We empower every TABber to share what matters to them, subsequently creating a culture where every person, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status, is treated as a valued member of TAB!
