The Lead Talent Partner role in a nutshell:

As TAB’s Lead Talent Partner you’ll help our multidisciplinary team of mobile product creators attract and hire extraordinary talent. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a great hiring experience for hiring managers and candidates alike. Reporting to our Commerical Director, you’ll partner with our Founders, TAB Leadership team and the People Team to ensure our hiring remains as seamless and pain-free as possible.

You’ll lead, coach and grow a team of Talent Partners, with your vision and strategy. Whilst coaching and advising TABbers on recruitment best practices, always aiming to make things as simple as possible. You’ll uncover new and better ways of doing things by identifying industry trends and sharing ideas with TAB leadership and colleagues.
