We’re looking for grads across all subjects with that same drive to help them learn faster and go further in year one than most grads will achieve in three.
With over 150 technology specialists located in the heart of King’s Cross London, we are a multidisciplinary company of strategists, software engineers, product owners, delivery specialists and more. We’ll offer you a highly competitive salary and a guided training scheme that will give you exposure to the full product lifecycle. So, from day one you’ll get hands on experience, working on multi-million pound projects. As part of the scheme you will be rotated on a monthly basis through our Strategy, Delivery and Product teams (1 month per rotation) and then you'll spend the last 3 months in your chosen area.
You’re not an intern; you’re not here to make coffee or keep a seat warm in a classroom for 6 months. You’re here to make an impact.

- A 2.1 or above in any degree, or equivalent experience
- A clear passion for technology
- The ability to think fast on your feet and find answers, even when confronted with unfamiliar situations
- Ambition, enthusiasm and drive to learn as much as you can as fast as possible
- A commitment to delivering work to the highest standard and a commitment to your craft
- An enquiring mind; you’re not afraid to ask questions, and you seek out opportunities to broaden your knowledge and skills
What to expect:
Our application process has been carefully designed so you can get to know us and vice versa. Once we’ve reviewed your application, if we like what we see we will arrange a phone screening interview with someone at TAB. This gives us and you the chance to find out a bit more about each other, and we can also talk through any questions you may have about the rest of the selection process.
If you are successful at this stage we will bring you into the office to meet our team to assess whether we’re the right fit for each other. We’ll then make an offer as quick as we can, and hope our grads can join us in early September 2019.
