The Talent Partner role in a nutshell:

As a Talent Partner at TAB you will responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for various teams as well as supporting TAB to recruit contractors for both engineering and non-engineering roles on an ad-hoc basis.

You will be joining a vibrant and experienced team of Talent Partners and will be part of a very integral team within a people-first technology company with the opportunity to learn quickly and set you up for future success. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a great hiring experience for hiring managers and candidates alike. Reporting to our Lead Talent Partner, you’ll partner with your hiring manager, senior TABber’s and the People Team to ensure our hiring remains as seamless and pain-free as possible.
