Rachel has been working in mobile-first software development for the past seven years. In the early days, she helped clients to see the potential of mobile through smaller tactical projects. More recently, she collaborates with major organisations to operate large scale development programmes with mobile at the centre of their digital strategy.
Rachel has split her time between London and Sydney. Whilst in Australia, she worked predominantly with retail clients such as Woolworths, and Government organisations including New South Wales Health, and Transport for New South Wales. In the UK, Rachel continues her focus on retail, having worked with New Look, and B&Q. The European financial industry is also a key focus for her, having recently worked with Lloyds bank on their Innovation programme and now working closely with Visa to shape their future in a connected world.
She is passionate about helping clients create hyper-personalised customer and employee experiences through a careful balance of technology, UX and business strategy. Prior to focusing on software, Rachel spent five years working client-side in marketing roles in the travel and retail industries.
