A trained illustrator from Brighton University, Rob also spent time as a filmmaker until the prospect of interactive design finally persuaded him to leave filming and focus more on design, particularly as a means in which people engage with digital products. With this cross-disciplined background, Rob takes a broad and human-centred approach to the design challenges faced with TAB.
Originally joining TAB as a freelancer, Rob was initially part of our Sun Goals team, and saw the product come to fruition from the very first round of ideation all the way through to production. Quickly becoming an important part of the Design team, Rob is now a permanent member of the team and takes a creative lead on many of our most complex projects. He helps to translate business requirements into design strategy, meeting user requirements in a simple, elegant way. This was never more apparent that his recent creative strategy during the pitch stage for our work with McLaren.
